Job Objective
Responsible for managing the entire store in compliance with the policies, standards,
security measures, and regulations of FAIRVALUE, and ensuring that FAIRVALUE
customer service standards are met.
Authority
Direct authority over the Assistant Manager, Scan Analyst, and all department
managers. Functional authority over all store employees. Reports to the Store
Owner.
Job Objective
To assist the Store Manager in ensuring FAIRVALUE customer service standards
are met and to manage the total store in compliance with the policies, standards,
security measures, and regulations of FAIRVALUE
Authority
Responsible for the total store in the absence of the Store Manager. Directly
responsible for supervision and management of the Grocery Manager and HBC Clerk.
Reports to the Store Manager.
Responsibility
Assisting other store management to ensure FAIRVALUE customer service standards
are met and operating the total store in compliance with the policies, standards,
security measures, and regulations of FAIRVALUE in the absence of other store
management personnel.
Authority
Responsible for supervision of the Front-End operations of the store and all
Front-End personnel. Responsible for the total store in the absence of the Store
Manager and Assistant Manager. Reports to the Store Manager.

The Scan Analyst is responsible for proper pricing in the store.

bagging techniques and by offering accurate location of item information. To
